I might have mentioned in passing that I love a party? I love a dance floor, the music, the way people just lose themselves and are just in the moment. I love a wedding even more when it is like that too. Just fun from start to finish, the couple and their guests just ‘losing themselves’ in the day and having an awesome time! Well Geri and George’s wedding celebration was just that.
One question people often ask is can they can meet me before they commit to booking me as their wedding photographer? And I always say, yes absolutely! I think it’s always a good idea to meet your photographer before committing to anything. A good rapport is as important as the photographs themselves. After all, I’ll be spending all day with you!
One gorgeous sunny day last June, I popped over to Nottinghamshire for Sophie and Steven’s wedding at the beautiful historic country house Hodsock Priory in Blyth, Worksop.
To get you all in the party mood ahead of the closing celebration of the decade, I thought I would take a nostalgic look back at music lovers Stacey and Joe’s wedding festivities from last year at Yellow Arch Studios in Sheffield.
The couple actually had the wedding bits and bobs in the Arizona Desert (nice). Despite me begging to join them, they weren’t having any of it. Sad times! Still, their wedding celebrations were pretty awesome and I got to enjoy some great music from Monstaball.
