Good evening! Today I want to thank my absolutely wonderful husband John for designing and building my brand new wedding fayre stand which he has worked on for the last two days solid.
The shelves are handmade from wood collected from a reclamation yard and the log connecting the two a-frames was found in our garden. The lights are from the Christmas decorations box. How talented is he?
It is currently taking over our kitchen, and I really don’t know how we are going to get it in the car – but John assures me it will fit.
I wanted something a bit different to the stand I have had in the past, and John suggested creating something handmade and unique to me. With my update to my brand and packages recently, I felt that this was the perfect time to go all in and re-do the fayre stand too. It seemed a good idea at the time – right in the middle of wedding season!
I don’t want to give too much away, so the photographs are a little bit ambiguous for the time being. However, it will be revealed in full at the Weetwood Hall wedding fayre this Sunday where I will be exhibiting. I will also be attending several of The UK Wedding Event fayres too over the next few months. So I hope to see you at a fayre soon!
